At Frazer Automotive, we stand behind the quality of every recycled part we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or received an incorrect item, you may be eligible for a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned parts must be in their original condition — not installed, modified, or damaged.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
